Returns and Refund Policy

Changed Your Mind

If you wish to return an item/s it must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition and we must be notified and the item/s returned within 28 days from purchase. All items maybe subject to a re-stocking charge of 25%. If you need us to collect any items for a refund then these will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

All James Hardie products are subject to a 25% restocking charge, regardless of whether we collect them or you return them to the branch.

The refund will be at the Branch Managers discretion.

Refunds will not be given for the following items:

  • If the item is an unstocked item within the branch and has had to be ordered in.
  • All Polycarbonate orders.
  • If the item was personalised to you including items spray painted that has been colour matched or timber cut to length.
  • The goods are not able to be resold.

 

Faulty Goods

We will replace or refund the cost of the goods. Please notify us of any fault within 48 hours of delivery.

How to arrange a Refund/Credit

For card transactions:

  • Please email or call the branch that received your order quoting your customer order number, name and postcode.
  • Please also state the value of the refund you are looking for, for full or part refunds.
  • The branch will review the request and once confirmed then request the processing of the refund.
  • Once processed the refund takes 3 working days to get back to your account.
  • We are only able to refund to the card on which the original payment was taken.

 

For trade account payments

  • Please email or call the branch that received your order quoting your customer order number, name and postcode.
  • Please also state the value of the credit you are looking for, for full or part refunds.
  • The branch will review the request and once confirmed will then issue a credit note against your account.
