Pricing
Q – How can I get a quote?
You can request quotes in several ways – over the phone, via email, or in person at your local branch. Use our Branch Locator to find your nearest UP Building Products store for building supplies in Ipswich, Maidenhead, or Newmarket.
Q – I’m going to start a building project – do you offer bulk deal prices?
Yes, we may be able to offer bulk pricing on larger orders of building materials, including UPVC fascia, guttering, cladding, or composite decking. To do this, you’ll need to contact your local branch to discuss your project and requirements.
Accounts / How to buy
Q – Do you only supply to the Trade? And do I need to have an account to buy from you?
Anybody can buy from UP Building Products, Trade or DIY. You don’t need an account, but it does have benefits.
Q – What is a credit account?
A Credit Account lets you buy materials and benefit from our monthly credit terms. You’ll be sent a statement at the end of each month.
Q – How can I pay invoices on my Credit Account?
You can make a payment to your credit account using the following methods:
- Bank transfer: (our details are printed on our invoices and statements) quoting your account number as reference. Remittances can be emailed to [email protected]
- By Debit/Credit card: in your local branch or by calling our Accounts team
Product Enquiries
Q – Do you have product samples?
We have product samples available in your Local Branch. Please contact them for details.
Yes, samples for our products like UPVC fascia boards, guttering, cladding and panels are available in branch. Contact your local team for availability.
Q – Where can I find technical information on a product?
You can find technical specifications and data sheets within the individual product pages on our website.
If you can’t find the product or information you’re looking for, please contact your Local Branch for help.
Q – I am starting a project, do you offer an estimating/take off service?
Yes! Our experienced team at each builders merchant location can support with take-offs and estimations. To do this, arrange a site visit through your local UP Building Products branch.
Deliveries
Q – Do you offer a delivery service?
Yes, we can deliver direct to site across the south east of England.
Please contact your Local Branch if you require a delivery further afield.
Q – How much do you charge for delivery? Is there a minimum order value?
We offer free delivery on orders over £100.
